Mountain Meadow Mushroom Farms, Inc. holds the safety of its employees, its property and the safety of its product a high priority.

The following Visitor Policy is in place according to the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) best Mushroom Good Agricultural Practices (MGAP). This policy is to be implemented and followed by employees and visitors at all times. Visitors include customers, vendors, independent contractors, inspectors/auditors, and other guests.

The company is not responsible for any lost or misplaced items. Please keep in mind that we are a working farm and heavy machinery is active throughout our hours of operation. If you need additional information, please contact us.

1Practice personal hygiene; clean shoes, wash hands, use foot dips prior to entering growing rooms.
2Visitors must sign in at the front office. Face mask is required. Due to COVID-19 new regulations, only 2 people allowed in the office at a time.
3DO NOT enter growing rooms, packing room, wharf area or straw baling area unless instructed to and you must be accompanied by authorized farm personnel.
4All jewelry and personal items must be removed prior to entering growing area and packing room.
5Hair restraints, safety gloves, and face masks are required when entering growing areas and packing room.
6No eating, drinking, chewing gum or smoking is permitted in the growing rooms and breezeways.
7Must be accompanied by company employee AT ALL TIMES, regardless of your familiarity with the property and/or employees.
8Be aware of surroundings at all times. Watch your step and pay close attention to heavy machinery and workers.
9Keep children at arm's distance at all times. Please NO PETS allowed.
